Collection of Scientific Papers "Scientific Bulletin of Public and Private Law" was founded in 2015 by the Public Law Research Institute to publish creative achievements of scientists in order to generalize and disseminate the experience of the scientific units of the institute and other scientific institutions and higher educational institutions of legal development in the field of legal development. .
Based on the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 409 of 17.03.2020 (Annex 1), the journal is included in the list of professional publications of category "B" in the field of law (081 "Law", 262 "Law enforcement", 293 "International law »).
General conditions:
- Articles in Ukrainian are accepted in the collection of scientific works “Scientific Bulletin of Public and Private Law”;
- Articles must comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for professional publications and the requirements of the collection of scientific works "Scientific Bulletin of Public and Private Law" on the design of articles;
- The editorial board of the collection has the right to edit scientific and literary materials;
- The editorial board reserves the right to reject an article that does not meet the established requirements or subject matter of the collection.

In case of successful review of the article it is necessary to send a scanned copy of the payment receipt.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website after February 28, 2025.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it after March 31, 2025.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers:
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
Payment procedure:
The cost of publishing an article in the collection of scientific papers "Scientific Bulletin of Public and Private Law" is 1300 UAH (the volume of the article up to 12 pages inclusive). If the article exceeds the stated volume, the author of the article should pay 50 UAH for each additional page. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.
The journal’s electronic version becomes publicly available on the website duly.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
Requirements for the design of articles:
- The total volume of the article is 12-20 pages. Font: Times New Roman; skittles 14, interval - 1.5.
- At the beginning of the article it is obligatory to indicate the UDC, the title of the section, information about the author (full name, position, place of work (study), academic degree and academic title) and the title of the article.
- After the title, annotations are provided in two languages (Ukrainian and English) and keywords (up to ten individual words or phrases).
- The list of sources used should be indicated at the end of the article in the order in which the corresponding links appear. The list of references should comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (see: Bulletin of the Higher Attestation Commission. - 2009. - No. 5. - P. 26-30) and state standard DSTU 8302: 2015 "Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General Terms and Conditions of Assembly. "
- In the text of the article, references to the sources used should be indicated by the ordinal number, separated by two square brackets, according to the list of sources (position of the cited publication in the list of references, page, for example, [16, p. 17]). The list of references is drawn up under the name "List of sources used".
- The following structural elements should be included in the article:
- Introduction (statement of the problem in general form and its relation to important scientific or practical tasks; analysis of the latest researches and publications in which the problem is solved and which the author bases on, the selection of previously unsolved parts of the general problem, which is devoted to article)
- Goal setting (formulating the goals of the article)
- Results of the study (a summary of the main research material with full justification of the scientific results obtained)
- Conclusions from this study and prospects for further exploration in this area
- The list of sources used is drawn up in accordance with state standards.
These elements are highlighted in the manuscript in bold.

Вступ. Соціально-економічний і науково-технічний розвиток України на сучасному етапі пов’язаний із вирішенням проблем будівництва державності та зміцненням правопорядку, інтелектуалізацією суспільства.
Постановка завдання. Метою статті є здійснення правового аналізу проходження служби в поліції щодо суміщення з іншими видами діяльності, а також визначення основних понять щодо службового сумісництва поліцейських.

Висновки. Таким чином, наведені положення унеможливлюють визнання законодавцем корупційними діями здійснення суто наукової чи викладацької діяльності, якщо вона є джерелом законного й раціонально обґрунтованого за розміром доходу, ніяк не пов’язана з корисливими діями (бездіяльністю) особи під час безпосереднього виконання покладених на неї службових обов’язків.
